Section 01

Definitions and Scope

In this document, "melbet", "service", and "platform" refer to the melbetapp.cam website and its associated mobile applications, software, and all related services. "Member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

"Bet" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and any other form of competitive play available on the melbet platform. "Account" refers to a member's registered personal account.

Section 02

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit

To open an account on melbet and participate in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. melbet may request an identity card or other government-issued document at any time for age verification purposes. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, operating multiple accounts from the same device, or using the same payment method across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. A full name, active mobile number, and correct email address must be provided. If any information changes, the account must be updated as soon as possible. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation.

Account Security and Password

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. The password must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect that your account details have become known to someone else, notify the melbet support team immediately and change your password.

melbet will not be liable for unauthorised access to an account unless it is proven that the security breach occurred directly due to melbet's negligence. Use a strong password and change it regularly. The site uses SSL encryption to keep connections secure.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on melbet is ৳200. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other commercial banks). The deposit account must be registered in the member's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The method used for withdrawal must match the deposit method and must be in the account holder's own name.

4.3 Verification

melbet reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested if needed. Support is available 24/7 via live chat or email for any issues related to deposits and withdrawals.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That is, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, and a total of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period after the bonus is issued. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts with the intention of abusing bonuses, claiming bonuses using the same payment method, or engaging in any other fraudulent activity will result in the closure of all associated accounts, and all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

Section 06

Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

melbet offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and slot games. Each game has its own rules, which should be reviewed before play begins. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, unless melbet itself decides to cancel it.

6.2 Erroneous Odds or Prices

If incorrect odds or game results are displayed due to an obvious technical error, melbet reserves the right to cancel those bets. In such cases, the original stake will be returned, but no winnings will be paid.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

melbet reserves the right to set a limit on the winnings payable on any single bet or within a specified period. This limit will be communicated to the member in advance or noted in the service description.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Unauthorised access to or hacking of another member's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through any other fraudulent means.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and necessary legal action may be taken.

Personal Data Protection

By using the service, you are considered to have consented to the collection and processing of your data. SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures are used to protect personal data.

Section 09

Responsible Gaming Policy

melbet takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. Members can set their own limits and may request that their account be temporarily suspended if needed.

Section 10

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. This process can be initiated by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled and the bonus funds will not be returned.

10.2 Closure at melbet's Initiative

melbet may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, provision of false information, a court order, or any other legal reason. In such cases, the member will be notified by email and any valid balance will be returned, though bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

melbet does not guarantee the continuity, accuracy, or technical error-free nature of the service. If any bet or transaction is affected by a technical issue, internet outage, or failure of a third-party service, melbet's liability in such cases is limited.

melbet is not responsible for issues caused by the member's personal device, internet connection, or any other factor on their end. However, if a confirmed bet is lost due to a failure on melbet's own servers, a suitable resolution will be attempted.

melbet provides live chat and email support to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support is available in both Bengali and English. If you have a complaint, contact the support team first. If it cannot be resolved through support, a formal complaint may be submitted by email.

Section 13

Changes to Terms

Section 14

Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. If translated into any other language and a conflict arises, the Bengali version will take precedence.

14.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be ineffective or invalid, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one clause will not render the entire Terms ineffective.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific terms of any promotion together form the entire agreement between melbet and the member. No verbal or written promises outside of these documents are valid.
